Description Specialization: Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their Capital Division is seeking an Associate Pathologist to be based at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. Pathologists in the LewisGale system see a wide variety of case types of all levels of complexity. LewisGale Medical Center is a Center of Excellence for complex GI, and it hosts an ACGME-accredited gastroenterology fellowship. Therefore, the position would be an especially good fit for a fellowship-trained GI and liver pathologist. HCA Healthcare Pathology Services employs over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients.
