Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting within our organization. This role is crucial in managing budgets, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organizational goals. u2022 Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary expectations. u2022 Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. u2022 Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to assess financial performance and recommend corrective measures. u2022 Utilize financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Implement advanced financial technologies to improve management processes and reporting capabilities. u2022 Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and standards applicable to the organization. u2022 Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities, particularly related to construction projects. u2022 Conduct payroll reviews and provide support for labor billing rates associated with project staffing. u2022 Coordinate with external auditors and clients to facilitate project audits and financial evaluations. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and financial reconciliations. u2022 Expertise in maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries. u2022 Strong experience in conducting financial statement audits and ensuring compliance. u2022 Ability to perform detailed account reconciliations with accuracy. u2022 Familiarity with payroll systems and labor rate calculations for project teams. u2022 Advanced skills in financial software and tools for streamlined operations. u2022 Solid understanding of cash management and daily cash control procedures. u2022 Proven ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate financial success.
