The position emphasizes technical and design management skills, quality assurance, and maintaining strong client this role, you'll be responsible for the following:u2022 Lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering projects that exceed client expectations while managing the budget and meeting gross margin goals.u2022 Identify creative and innovative solutions based on client, project, and site constraints.u2022 Drive growth with clients, ensuring overall satisfaction from relationship building through final project delivery.u2022 Lead key pursuit activities during project phases, collaborating closely with sales operations.u2022 Build relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings and participation in professional events.u2022 Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and legal teams for project delivery and contracting.u2022 Obtain and distill feedback to influence project strategies.Additional responsibilities in this role will include:u2022 Coordinating project milestones and workload with other project managers and group leads throughout the East-Central Regionu2022 Assisting in project pursuits to win work, coordinating with client account management leadsu2022 Assisting in business development and proposal effortsu2022 Maintain and/or develop relationships with new and existing clients to determine their needs and manage expectations.u2022 Maintain quality of products for design projects, estimates and documentation; performs required checks throughout the process.The final candidate could be located in Reston, VA, Richmond, VA or Virginia Beach, VA.#LI-LM1236 u2022 Professional Engineering (PE) License in Virginia with substantial years of experience in the Virginia transportation industryu2022 Strong technical background in planning and delivering traffic/ITS engineering projects.u2022 Proven history of leading project delivery teams to meet client expectations.u2022 Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships in Virginiau2022 Proven record in possessing the knowledge, skills and experience to manage, coordinate, oversee multiple projects/tasks in order to meet on-time, on-budget, high quality business objectives.u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and team-oriented work practices.u2022 Valid driveru2019s license and able to travel locally for site visits.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
