Benefit Information: u2022 Medical, dental, vision and life insurance u2022 401(K) retirement savings plans u2022 Paid time off u2022 Holiday pay u2022 Additional benefits offered Position Information: u2022 Perform machine make-ready procedures, loading plates, ink, coating, and board to start each production cycle. u2022 Control and adjust machine functions and settings, including speed, ink, and water levels, to ensure optimal operation. u2022 Verify raw materials against job docket specifications, inspect printed sheets for quality, and document production and quality issues. u2022 Conduct regular cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain press performance and appearance. u2022 Maintain accurate records and logs for production, quality, approved, and defective units. u2022 Assist with press operation during Feeder Operator breaks and perform other assigned duties as needed.
