The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data mining, with the ability to visualize and communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner. Responsibilities: u2022 Work with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and solve complex analytical problems u2022 Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights u2022 Design, build, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms u2022 Collaborate with data engineers to improve data collection and storage u2022 Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner u2022 Support the organization's broad-spectrum Data Management requirements including, but not limited to: Data Strategy/ Modeling/ Documentation; Data Feed Identification; Infrastructure Management; Data Ingestion/Data Feed Automation; Data Transformation; Data Catalog and Metadata Management; Data Quality Management; Data Governance u2022 Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business objectives. u2022 Integrate Tableau with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and spreadsheets u2022 Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, best practices, and emerging BI trends. Qualifications : _Required_ : u2022 Active TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly u2022 7+ years experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.). u2022 Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc., including, but not limited to: data connection, data manipulation, data visualization u2022 Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization tools. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills u2022 Experience with scripting in Tableau (e.g., automation; troubleshooting; integration, performance optimization) u2022 Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. u2022 Experience with data warehousing concepts and relational databases. u2022 Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail _Desired_ : u2022 Tableau Certified Professional - Preferred u2022 Current Security+ or DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification u2022 Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). u2022 Understanding of data governance and security best practices. - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
