The Maintenance Personu2019s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: u2022Filtering oil fryers daily u2022Maintaining outside grounds u2022Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms u2022Unload delivery truck 2 times a week u2022Take out and empty trash u2022Change light bulbs u2022Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Other miscellaneous cleaning Hours are 4:00 am- 12 pm 5 days a week ( includes weekends).
