We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications Role Summary: Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide back up support for Practice Specialist I. Required Experience: + High School diploma or GED + One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Two year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
