For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary As the Suites Runner you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation set-up and breakdown of the suites F&B orders. Additionally, keep up with event day orders and efficiently delivers items to suites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u2022 Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests. u2022 Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. u2022 Communicates directly with supervisor and back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated. u2022 Exhibits exceptional communications skills and demonstrates ability to get along well with others. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff. u2022 Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests. u2022 Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared. u2022 Promptly addresses complaints or issues; relays relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor. u2022 Ensures that the suite is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keeps area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards. u2022 Operates a variety of equipment, speed racks, hot boxes, service carts, flatbed cart, telephones, and coffee machines. u2022 Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions. u2022 Stand for long period of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. u2022 Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. u2022 React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. u2022 Demonstrate physical stamina/agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. u2022 Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50lbs. u2022 Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly. u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.
