This is a strategic role focused on building and leading our Recruiting process design program. Your primary mission will be to bring alignment, consistency, and optimization to how we operate, creating a unified framework for a complex, global organization. Description You are a business architect and master facilitator responsible for partnering with our global Recruiting organization to define, and continuously improve its processes. You will collaborate deeply with our Recruiting Technology teams, but your focus is on designing the recruiting operating model that technology will then enable. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on bringing order to chaos and building governance frameworks that last. Minimum Qualifications + 5+ years of experience with recruiting in the areas of operations, process excellence, business architecture, or large-scale program management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale (100k+ employees preferred) transformation. + Direct, hands-on experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) or a similar governance program from scratch and maturing it into a self-sustaining function. + Expert-level facilitation and influencing skills, with demonstrated success in applying collaboration and leadership to align fractious groups of senior leaders and SMEs on complex and contentious topics. + Deep expertise in business process architecture, with the ability to design and articulate solutions at the intersection of process, technology, and global compliance. + Demonstrated skill at listening to business requests to understand the
