2nd Shift CNC Machine Supervisor

Job Description Responsibilities: Coordinate with 1st shift management to review production goals, part counts, and any shift-to-shift issues. Supervise a team of 56 CNC operators and programmers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Oversee machine loading/unloading and basic maintenancemachines are largely self-sufficient, similar to automated systems. Monitor machine performance and make recommendations for maintenance or improvements. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Support team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor.
