Your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most. This role is ideal for experienced cardiovascular invasive specialists/RCIS looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team. + A dynamic full-time opportunity with exposure to multiple types of procedures + Work/life balance with set schedule and ability to take call from home + Access to continuing education and leadership support + Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose What You'll Do + Provide care to patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures + Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with current policies and procedures What We're Looking For + Education: Graduate from one of the following Accredited Education Programs required: u2022 Registered Nurse (RN) u2022 Registered Radiology Technology (RTR) u2022 Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) u2022 Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) u2022 Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) u2022 Emergency Medical Technician u2013 Paramedic (EMT-P) u2022 Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) u2022 Vascular Intervention (VI), required. + Experience: + If RN, one (1) year of Critical Care, Emergency Services, Cath/EP Lab, or Special Procedures experience, required. + If EMT-P, two (2) years of acute care hospital experience, required. + If RTR, RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVT or VI one (1) year of experience, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN)-North Carolina Board of Nursing License Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR) -ARRT Radiology OR Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) credentialing/accreditation and/or Paramedic associate degree from an appropriately recognized Paramedic program. Or Technologist Registry OR Respiratory Therapist-licensed by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) AND Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as RRT. OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Cardiovascular Tech, and Vascular Intervention-graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program. If the Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CIS) is not a RN, RTR with CI or VI certification, he/she must obtain their Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 24 months of hire for continued employment, required. + Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing.
