UNC Health Cary Ortho is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic orthopedic team. This position will work alongside a hand and upper extremity surgeon. The role will primarily involve clinic-based responsibilities with opportunities for hybrid scheduling. Schedule & Flexibility: u2022 Current schedule is 4 days/week, with options for 4 or 5 days/week based on candidate preference u2022 Hybrid scheduling available, such as 4 days in clinic and 1 day in urgent care Candidate Background Preferences: u2022 Recent training or experience in orthopedics is preferred u2022 Open to new graduates u2022 Seeking candidates genuinely interested in orthopedics Call Responsibilities: u2022 Shared call within the practice u2022 Nurse Practitioner provides backup call when the physician is on ER call. u2022 No primary call responsibilities, but option to take primary call can be discussed.
