Summary: + The Staff Physical Therapists provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/ prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service. + EDUCATION + Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy. + EXPERIENCE + None + LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION + Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible. + OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS + Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions.
