Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will take charge of full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal teams. This position is based in Downers Grove, Illinois, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms. u2022 Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and assisting with onboarding processes. u2022 Create and maintain talent pipelines by mapping out potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. u2022 Keep accurate and thorough records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and status updates within applicant tracking systems. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and contribute to special projects as needed. u2022 Handle 50-75 inbound and outbound calls daily to connect with potential candidates and manage recruitment communications. u2022 Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and maintain the call queue to ensure efficiency in recruitment operations. The salary range for this position is $20 to $28/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. u2022 Strong background in corporate recruiting and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. u2022 Expertise in using social media platforms and other tools for recruitment and candidate outreach. u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews and engage with candidates effectively. u2022 Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism. u2022 Demonstrated ability to build and manage talent pipelines for various roles. u2022 Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
