Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Order Entry Processor , for our client in Elgin, IL. Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you could get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance. Interested candidates can reply to this ad, or send their updated resume to: Can also call Nancy at 630-506-8757 Pay: $23 - $26/hr., depending on experience Hours: 7am-3pm (hours can be flexible) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Processes customer sales orders. + Processes customer sample requests and updates sample manifest. + Processes purchase orders and enters PO confirmation dates. + Communicates with clients about product availability and ship dates. + Provides customers with order confirmations as needed. + Responds to incoming order-related inquiries including material availability/pricing. + Resolves customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner. + Promotes a cooperative and constructive atmosphere. + Supports other departments as time permits. + Coordinates shipping schedules with Logistics. + Provides support to Technical Sales Department and Logistics as needed. + Assists with intradepartmental back-up as needed. + Implements 5S Pillars within workplace.
