Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for CNC Operator jobs in Bloomingdale, IL. These CNC Operator jobs are temporary roles Shift: 2nd- Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:1:30am plus overtime as needed. Pay: $27.37 per hour CNC Operator jobs require candidates to assist with operation of CNC and Grinding equipment, tooling maintenance, and ensuring that all required processes are completed within a warehouse environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below u2013 Apply Now Responsibilities for CNC Operator jobs include but are not limited to: u00b7 Review and understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set up requirements. u00b7 Learn to select, align, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and tooling pre-setter. u00b7 Learn to verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. u00b7 Learn to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining. u00b7 Learn to fit and assemble parts into complete assembly, using jigs, fixtures, surface plate, surface table, hand tools, and power tools. u00b7 Learn to verify dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks. u00b7 Learn to check for machine readiness to ensure functionality and performance. u00b7 Miscellaneous duties may be assigned such as, but not limited to, packing, shipping, unpacking, and sorting, inspection, cleaning, finishing, deburring, etc. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for CNC Operator jobs: u00b7 Must regularly be able to pull and push up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. u00b7 Ability to read blueprints. u00b7 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. u00b7 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required throughout the workday to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk or hear.
