Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role focuses on dispatching and coordinating service calls while maintaining effective communication with technicians and customers. As a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to incoming calls, including emergency requests, service inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring prompt and attentive communication. u2022 Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to meet customer needs. u2022 Create and manage dispatch tickets for incoming service requests. u2022 Assign service technicians to specific calls and conduct debriefs after job completion. u2022 Update systems with technician availability and schedules to optimize workflow. u2022 Maintain and organize the dispatch board to ensure accurate scheduling. u2022 Analyze workload forecasts to assist in resource planning. u2022 Provide technicians with essential information and ongoing support during service calls. u2022 Monitor and update tickets to ensure accurate tracking and resolution. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and scheduling or ticketing software. u2022 Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting. u2022 Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and dispatch boards. u2022 Excellent communication abilities to interact with diverse personalities. u2022 Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities. u2022 Capable of handling stress and managing high-pressure situations. u2022 Attention to detail for accurate note-taking and record maintenance.
