Pricing Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join a team in St Louis Park, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing pricing operations, customer promotions, and financial reporting within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Calculate, prepare, and distribute price lists for various products to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards. u2022 Manage customer rebates and promotions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with organizational objectives. u2022 Collaborate with customers to address inquiries or concerns related to pricing and the order-to-cash process, maintaining high customer service standards. u2022 Partner with Sales and Finance teams to generate analytical reports, including volume analysis, pricing effectiveness, and ad hoc sales data. u2022 Develop an understanding of dairy and frozen product costing principles to support price adjustments and decision-making. u2022 Identify opportunities to streamline pricing operations and improve efficiency across processes. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to enhance collaboration. u2022 Ensure process controls are upheld by verifying compliance with audit schedules, management objectives, and customer agreements. u2022 Communicate updates and escalate issues to management as needed. u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to overall team success. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration or related field, with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, accounting, or business administration; or Associateu2019s degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience. u2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as over 50% of tasks involve Excel-based workflows. u2022 Familiarity with basic financial metrics, analysis processes, and dairy industry regulations. u2022 Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data and customer information. u2022 Experience working with various systems, databases, and web-based tools for pricing, item information, and promotion planning. u2022 Knowledge of company product lines and order-to-cash process flows. u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make independent decisions. u2022 Strong analytical skills and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
