As a Painter , youu2019ll play a key role in bringing these homes to life with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. What Youu2019ll Do + Apply paint finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers on interior walls and surfaces + Prepare and protect surfaces through masking, sanding, and priming + Perform touch-ups and finishing work to ensure flawless results + Install kitchen and bath cabinetry, doors, and countertops as part of the finishing process + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively + Work with speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards What Weu2019re Looking For + 5+ years of painting experience in residential or commercial new builds + Leadership experience as a Lead Painter or Foreman + Expertise in prep, application, and finishing techniques (brushes, rollers, sprayers) + Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate and lead effectively + Journeyman Painter experience (5u201310+ years preferred) + Knowledge of multi-family construction practices and familiarity with building codes Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here + Brand new 180,000 sq. ft. facility with climate control and modern equipment + 4-day workweek (Mondayu2013Thursday) with optional Friday overtime + Competitive benefits including PTO, holiday pay, and 401k with company match + Career growth opportunities with the chance to mentor and lead a team + Company-supplied tools u2014 no need to bring your own Work Schedule + First Shift: Mondayu2013Thursday, 6:00 am u2013 4:00 pm (optional Friday) + Second Shift: 4:00 pm u2013 2:00 am with $2/hr pay differential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, MN.
