Urgently Hiring Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist Job Description As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating L12 and L20 machines. You will handle the entire process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing and loading programs, and troubleshooting. This role involves managing medium to high production runs for medical parts and ensuring precision through inspection using various equipment. Responsibilities + Set up and operate L12 and L20 CNC Swiss machines. + Handle the full process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting. + Manage medium to high production runs for medical parts. + Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers, and other equipment. + Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). + Read and understand layouts, job travelers, and blueprints. + Ensure written manufacturing processes and procedures are followed. Essential Skills + 4+ years of CNC setup and Swiss operating experience. + Familiarity with operating L12 or L20 machines. + Understanding of ISO Quality System in medical device manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mathematics experience with shop math. + Proficiency with measuring tools. + Knowledge of numerical control and CNC Swiss operations. Why Work Here?
