If you have at least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturingu2014or you're motivated and eager to learnu2014we want to hear from you ?ufe0f Key Responsibilities + Read and interpret work orders and blueprints + Cut sheet stock and blanks to size + Load/unload forming machines with care + Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis routers + Assist with programming and adjustments + Inspect parts for quality and accuracy + Perform drilling, routing, cutting, sanding, gluing, and assembly + Scrape and sand rough edges; ensure parts are clean and defect-free + Conduct basic equipment maintenance (oiling, greasing, cleaning) + Operate Robomold equipment + Follow all safety procedures and ISO standards + Maintain a clean, organized work area and positive team relationships u2705 Required Skills & Experience + Experience with hand tools and manufacturing machinery + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to work across multiple areas and adapt quickly + Solid problem-solving and communication skills + Experience in production, assembly, mechanical assembly, general labor, or packaging ?
