Business Analyst HYBRID IN GOLDEN VALLEY, MN--NO REMOTE CANDIDATES 6+ month contract Key Responsibilities u00b7 Support the Technical Product Owner and larger B2B API team in managing and organizing the product backlog, including creation of user stories u00b7 Ensure stories are populated with all the details needed to achieve the definition of ready u00b7 Ensure the right information is available to the development team at the right level of detail and at the right time u00b7 Work with the team to define requirements through continuous exploration of business needs. Coordinate with developers to assure appropriate dev detail is populated in stories and tasks u00b7 Produce and refine requirements through an interactive process of planning, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing, developing, and reviewing results u00b7 Help with prioritization of stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy u00b7 Support backlog management and iteration planning before and during sprints Technical Skills u00b7 Support the Product Owner in development and maintenance of stories, product roadmap, research of users, organization of work u00b7 Experience with project management solutions (Jira preferred) u00b7 Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business concepts to technical developers u00b7 Skills in creating technical requirements that developers can implement Nice to Have u00b7 Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, OpenAPI, Postman) u00b7 Ability to read and interpret API specifications and documentation u00b7 Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, JWT) This role will be critical in ensuring the team has adequate ready (DoR) user stories to work on and will help drive effective backlog organization and story writing for the B2B API scrum team.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
