Free online courses for advancement opportunities Employee of the Month Recognition Quarterly employee events, lunches and prizes Job Responsibilities of the Debug Technician: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications Performing/assisting with the repair process Ensure product quality through the repair and test of products Ensure product specifications are met Document issues and report potential quality related problems Order correct parts using documented procedures Conduct data collection and analysis for use in problem solving and continuous improvement Job Requirements: This is a fully onsite position, must be able to report onsite daily Technical experience needed - personal or professional Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and related software tools Ability to identify quality related issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Close vision and ability to distinguish between colors Hours: Day, Evening and Night Shifts available!
