summary We are currently seeking Industrial Assemblers, Machine Operatorsand Material Handlers to join our team in Largo, FL. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to grow in a manufacturing environment. Pay rates: Assemblers: 1st shift: $16.58/hr. 2nd shift: $18.08/hr. Machine Operators: 2nd shift: $19.07/hr. Machine Operator Turrets: $19.32/hr. Material Handler: 1st shift: $19.85/hr. 2nd shift: $21.35/hr. Hours: 1st. shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm (Overtime will come as early as 5:30am) 2nd shift: Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30pm (Overtime will come after your shift. ) 3rd shift: Monday to Friday 9:30pm to 6am (Overtime will come after your shift. ) Assemblers: Assemble mechanical or electronic components using hand or power tools Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints Perform quality checks on assembled products Maintain a clean and safe work area Machine Operators: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Keep accurate production and maintenance records Benefits of working with us: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Weekly pay Long term job opportunities with stability 40 hours plus over-time when needed #nowhiring required-skills: Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus Ability to use hand tools, read schematics, and follow instructions Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets #nowhiring
