Job#: 3013954 Job Description: Ford Motor Company$70-75/HRPosition: SAP EWM ConsultantLocation: Allen Park, MI (Hybrid - 4 days onsite at ITHQ-C) Employment Type: Contract 12+ Months Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to design, build, and configure SAP EWM solutions that align with business processes and requirements. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations in automotive warehouses and manufacturing facilities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and customize SAP EWM modules to meet business requirements and industry best practices.Lead full lifecycle implementations, including fit-gap analysis, configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.Gather and analyze business requirements; develop and validate functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with external systems for seamless data flow.Provide expert guidance on EWM functionality and recommend process improvements.Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure plant readiness and empower end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues in collaboration with technical teams.Ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful SAP EWM implementations across North America. Required SkillsSAP EWM configuration and implementation expertise.Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred SkillsAdvanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).Familiarity with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Rally). Experience RequirementsRequired:Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP EWM end-to-end implementations.Proven ability to configure SAP EWM and document business processes.Strong collaboration with developers and service teams to deliver optimal solutions.Experience delivering projects within an Agile framework.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Working knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD). EducationRequired: Bachelor’s DegreePreferred: Additional certifications in SAP or related technologies.
