Quality Assurance Specialist - Senior

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria. + Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews. + Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs. + Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans. + Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field. + Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred. + Experience: 7u201310 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs. + Clearance: Public Trust.
