In collaboration with the DOW, Resiliency Office, or as directed by the Commissioneru2022Scope or implement any projects important to the Departments objectives.u2022Oversee any necessary professional service or construction contracts.u2022Meet with stakeholders including other agencies, levels of government, or private entities to scope, procure or deliver projects.u2022Advise municipalities as needed to advance critical projects.u2022Manage corresponding funding programs which are required to either in part or fully deliver project/programs.u2022Supervise any staff either directly hired or contract employees retained to advance projects within the scope of this title.Additional responsibilities will include oversight of other unique and large special projects as identified by the DEC Commissioner as needing project management. Indirect supervision will be required dependent on the type of project assignment.
