Senior Brand ManagerPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing brand portfolios, developing marketing strategies, and driving brand growth. You will play a key role in influencing our brand's direction and ensuring a consistent and compelling message in the marketplace.This is a 6 month, 40 hour/week freelance role that will require you to be onsite in Cincinnati, OH 2-3 days/week.u00a0Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.- Manage the P&L for the brand, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation.- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok and other paid social media channels.- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.- Oversee the development of innovative marketing content and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance brand presence and engagement.Qualifications- CPG/Retail- Mass haircare retailer experience- Managerial experience and has managed people in the past- TikTok and TikTok Shop expert knowledge- Experience managing full funnel digital campaigns- Experience with P&L and and profit analyzation- Experience with media campaign analyzationu00a0- Experience with brand launches or rebrands- Strong knowledge of paid socialu00a0- Experience working with major retailers and growing business (Walmart, Target, Amazon, Walgreens, CVS)- Agency and budget managementIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
