Project Manager / Estimator - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01703Salary Range: $80K - $115K Plus Commission - Permanent Position with BenefitsNE Ohio Company looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their team of glass and glazing professionalsREQUIREMENTSu2022 Must have industry experience in glass or glazing fabrication as a Project Manager with estimating experience. Will consider candidates with industry experience that are ready to move into a Project Management role.u2022 Must have excellent communication & organizational skills, Able to work under deadlines & within the allowed budget.u2022 MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experiencedu2022 Proficient with some type of Estimating software.u2022 Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.u2022 Must have a strong knowledge base of Manufacturing & Installation in some of the following:u2022 Glazed Wall Systems, Panel Walls & other Fenestration Elements, Point Supported & Structural Sealant Glazed Glass, Sealants, Waterproofing, Insulation.u2022 Must be able to handle more than one project at a time.u2022 Works with estimator from the time the project is awarded, doing front-end submittals, and working with vendors on products/purchase orders.u2022 Work with shop drawings and contractor from begging to end of project.u2022 Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
