Leads the business unit to deliver safety, operational, profit, sales, and customer KPI goals utilizing the IPS operating system known as CIPS (Continuous Improvement Process Solution). Overall responsibility for managing and growing (3) key value streams of in-shop repair, new motor manufacturing and coil manufacturing.
