.NET Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing software systems, applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools for internal consumption. This role will provide technical solutions enabling the organization to meet its strategic objectives. The incumbent will collaborate with team members to ensure successful teamwork and effective delivery of software solutions.Assist in software planning cycles, providing input on product/project estimates, and aligning with the team's goals and timelinesDevelop a deeper understanding of business requirements and work closely with experienced team members to create technical specifications that implement the requirements effectivelyResearch and propose ideas for designing software, applications and database enhancements or new products in alignment with business requirements and technical specifications definedDevelop, build and test software systems or applications to meet business requirements and leverage expertise of senior team members for specific challengesSupport in writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code in various programming languagesUpdate task statuses and track completion for the bug fixes conducted to identify and remediate defects in software solutionsResearch, propose, and implement leading practices for creating and maintaining technical documentation including code comments, design documents, and user manualsCollaborate with business analysts, quality assurance testers, and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirementsEnsure timely completion of backend work ahead of end-user engagement to ensure proper use of software solutionsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
