If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in M&A Services for our KPMG Strategy practice.Responsibilities :Lead engagements and work streams related to the creation and implementation of integration and separation servicesHelp with proposal development/business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executivesManage cross-functional project teams and lead team interviews/workshopsDrive the development and presentation of final project deliverablesManage the quality of engagements and the development of staffQualifications :A minimum of five years experience in developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration and separation services within a consulting advisory, with additional experience in corporate strategy or development a plusBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college; MBA from an accredited university preferredAdditional industry deal experience as part of a corporate development team with operational exposure across primary corporate functions (e.g. HR, IT, Finance, Legal etc.)Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the complete M&A life cycleExcellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skillsTravel may be up to 80-100%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
