In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies that drive the adoption of new technologies, strengthen firmwide learning, and enhance communications across Crowe.You will serve as both a strategist and content creator-managing content calendars, producing high-quality instructional materials, and overseeing key content and communication platforms.This role requires a strong communicator who can partner with product teams, mentor colleagues in content development, and ensure Crowe's enablement materials reflect our human-centered, tech-enabled strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Technology Enablement Team's content strategy, including maintaining the content calendar and organizing enablement sessionsProduce and promote enablement content such as articles, instructional videos, and technical documents, ensuring alignment with Crowe's standards and guidelinesServe as the content manager and administrator for technology-related SharePoint sites and Crowe's video management platformPartner with product teams to develop and implement effective communication and enablement strategies for technology rollouts and adoption campaignsCollaborate with firmwide communications team to align technology communications with firmwide strategyServe as editor-in-chief for all technology enablement content, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with team guidelinesMentor junior staff in content development and enablement best practicesAdvise Crowe's learning communities on program operations and communication strategies to engage audiences and drive impactQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Technical Communication or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in content strategy and technical communication within a professional services or technology-driven environmentStrong skills in content development and communications, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for diverse audiencesProficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Clipchamp) and the ability to manage video-based learning contentExperience with SharePoint administration, content management systems, and enablement toolsStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with cross-functional teamsAbility to mentor and support junior staff in content creation and developmentDemonstrated commitment to operational excellence in running enablement programs, while also driving innovative learning and communication strategiesWe appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening.#LI-RemoteWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
