Safe Vehicle Operation:2. - Drive vehicles only when they are in safe operating condition. - Ensure compliance with traffic laws and adjust for adverse weather or traffic conditions. - Prioritize safety by wearing seat belts, securing cargo, and locking vehicle doors.3. Customer Service4. - Delivery of prompt, high quality assistance to members, staff, vendors, both internal and external customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally.5. Incident Reporting and Standards Compliance:12. - Report all accidents or vehicle damage to the supervisor immediately, following company policy. - Participate in accident reviews to determine preventability based on company guidelines. - Meet company standards for driving history as determined by Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.13. Distracted Driving Policy Adherence:14. - Refrain from using mobile devices or engaging in distracting activities while driving. - Follow state laws regarding mobile device usage and adhere to company-specific restrictions.15. Vehicle Maintenance and Usage:16. - Report vehicle defects and necessary repairs to management promptly. - Ensure proper securing of cargo and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle. - Restrict unauthorized use of company vehicles and comply with company policy on passengers and radar detectors.Qualifications:- Valid driver's license, meeting Ohio state requirements.- Clean driving record adhering to company standards:- - No more than two traffic violations or at-fault accidents for drivers aged 18-24 within the last three years. - No more than three traffic violations or at-fault accidents for drivers aged 25+ within the last three years. - No serious traffic offenses (e.g., DUIs, reckless driving, or felony-related violations) within the past three years.- Strong knowledge of Ohio state traffic laws and safety regulations.- Outstanding communication skillsCore Competencies:Strong focus on safety and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.Atten
