General Purpose:To ensure a clean, safe and comfortable living environment for the residents of this employer Retirement Communities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To perform assigned cleaning duties and a variety of other building maintenance and customer service related tasks in accordance with established department procedures and standards. u00a0These duties include but are not limited to: General and detail cleaning of resident rooms and apartments, bed making, cleaning of public areas and restrooms, assistance with facility set-ups, pick-up and delivery of packages. u00a0In addition to these routine duties personnel may be cross-trained in basic laundry operations and other job classifications within their primary department. u00a0Regular attendance of departmental and organizational meetings and in-services are required. u00a0Personnel are to respond to all facility emergencies as outlined in the emergency handbook and to report any unsafe condition or situation involving this facility or its residents to your supervisor or security. u00a0Miscellaneous:u00a0u00a0Maintains a record of acceptable attendance and punctuality. u00a0Observes all company rules and safety procedures. u00a0 Other duties as may be assigned.this employer Core Values:u00a0 This position requires incumbents to exhibit the skills necessary to represent and support this employer's Core Values: u00a0Respectfulness; Empowerment; Communication; Integrity; Teamwork; and Excellence.u00a0Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications:High School graduate or equivalent is required. u00a0Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.
