Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors. Duties & Responsibilities + Answers telephones, takes and relays messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner + Documents service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form + Coordinates customer lodging accommodation requirements + Insures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival + Greets arriving/departing customers + Facilitates customer and vendor catering requests + Communicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio + Informs customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft Qualifications & Job Requirements + Minimum two (2) yearsu2019 experience in a customer service role Other Prerequisites + Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check + Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge + Valid Driveru2019s license Work Environment & Physical Requirements + Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
