Work You'll Do An Oracle Cx Senior Manager works with Sales and Service leadership to identify prospects, cultivate, sell and deliver field service transformation projects to them. The Senior Manager is a thought leader and helps build collateral and content to differentiate Deloitte in the marketplace. Throughout the lifecycle of prospect to delighted client, the Senior Manager builds and manages teams, advises clients on best practices in field service and technology, ensures quality on projects, and identifies new sales opportunities at existing clients. The Team Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets. Qualifications Required: + Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role + Minimum of 8 years experience in Field Service operations with Oracle Field Service, and Oracle CPQ + Minimum 8 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements + Bachelors' degree (BS or BA) or equivalent number of years of experience + Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred : + Prior
