The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. JOB SUMMARY The General Manager Territory (GMT) is responsible for marketing in the field and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including operations, product sales, service, and safety in accordance with Apriau2019s objectives. This role has full P&L responsibility for their profit centers, including both revenue and operating income. In addition, the GMT will communicate Apria values, strategies, and objectives, while assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u00b7 Full P&L responsibility for profit center(s) including both revenue and operating income. u00b7 Collaborates with senior management to develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales and financial performance. u00b7 Responsible for executing sales strategy and growth initiatives by personally building and maintaining relationships with key customers, develop impactful territory plans and strategies, and achieve sales results. u00b7 Responsible for achieving key focus product starts budget and for cash collections. u00b7 Utilizes technology and tools to their fullest capabilities in order to drive sales growth and optimize performance at the branch. u00b7 Monitors staffing levels, expenditures, asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit margins. u00b7 Ensures the effective operation and management of all functional areas of the branch such as customer service, collections, clinical, distribution, and sales. u00b7 Responsible for partnering with Managed Care counterpart to understand provider networks and grow market share. u00b7 Monitors key performance indicators and is responsible for implementing corrective measures. u00b7 Assists in the development of budgeted sales goals and ensures sales goals are attained. u00b7 Make sales calls and track them using the call log. u00b7 Identify high potential COPD doctors and other sales targets. u00b7 Responsible for enhancing branch revenue budgets by developing new business leads, as well as servicing the new accounts. u00b7 Meets minimum call standard through individual contacts, group in-services and trade show attendance. u00b7 Ensures operational procedures comply with federal, state, local and Joint Commission regulations. u00b7 Responsible for providing a safe and healthful work environment and preventing injuries by leading and implementing the Safety & Risk Management program for the branch. u00b7 Performs other duties as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES u00b7 Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management of subordinate staff. u00b7 Responsible for retention of sales and branch personnel through on-boarding, coaching, mentoring, and development. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience u00b7 Four year college degree or equivalent experience required. u00b7 At least 5 years of related experience is required. u00b7 Must reside within area of primary responsibility.
