This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Information:Tree Trimmer / Climber. 40 temporary/full-time positions with BDG Trees,LLC - Little Rock, AR from 1/4/2026 - 11/4/2026.Use sophisticated climbing and rigging techniques, cut away dead orexcess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain right-of-way for roads,sidewalks, or utilities, or to improve appearance, health, and value oftree. Prune or treat trees or shrubs using handsaws, hand pruners,clippers, and power pruner. Work off the ground in the tree canopy andmay use truck-mounted lifts. Entry Level, requires supervision.Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday workrequired, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreignand domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random,upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Post-hire background check andemployment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domesticworkers.On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workweek forall government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees).For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commutingdistance), employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point inthe contract (unless paid in advance). Inbound travel includestransportation costs from workers permanent residence or place ofrecruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates required by law,currently $16.28 per day minimum or $68.00 per day maximum for workerswith acceptable receipts), and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable.Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Employerprovides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contractperiod or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequentemployment.Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least three-fourths ofthe workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract period,beginning with the workers first workday and ending on the contract enddate or any extension thereof. Employer may count all hours worked, aswell as any hours offered within the standard work schedule that aworker chooses to not work, up to the maximum number of daily hours onthe job order.Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to paymentfor outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths period guaranteedescribed above.Employer provides without charge all tools, supplies and equipment(incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to perform duties assigned. Ifrequested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paidlodging (not to exceed fair market value, based on number of occupants;cost TBD). Housing costs paid directly to landlord and are not payrolldeducted.JOB LOCATION:8115 Frenchmans Ln Little Rock, AR 72209 and multiple worksites withinGrant, Hot Spring, Jefferson, Pulaski and Saline counties.Employer provides incidental transport between job sites. No dailytransportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Suchtransportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and locallaws/regulations.WAGE INFORMATION:Wage rate is no less than $19.72 per Hour. Overtime hours vary at:$29.58 per Hour.Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based onindividual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. A singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period isweekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work scheduleis from 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Employer may offer more than thestated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and otherconditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought ay affect exactworking hours.Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does notenvision other workforce-wide payroll deductions.
