Reference #: 5001163542500Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker.Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.Position Summary:At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:Maintain a clean safe work environment Strong customer service skillsSafely and efficiently operate a forklift Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveriesEfficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areasBasic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out boundAbility to fabricate hoses Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficientlyAbility to understand the basic principles of inventory controlThe ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentationCandidate must have effective written and verbal communication skillsMust have mechanical aptitudeIntermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and ExcelAbility to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.Resolve problems and make sound decisionsOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasksWork independently & efficiently in a fast paced environmentPerform additional tasks as directedWork regular overtime as requiredFamiliarity with product line a plusResponsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland BrothersSkills / Knowledge / Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferredStrong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferredAn appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be consideredWhy Join the Cleveland Brothers Team:Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.Advancement: Take your career to the next level with a dynamic organization that wants to see you succeed In addition to room to grow in this role, there are limitless opportunities across 29 locations whether you want to move up, or into another division of the company.Stability: Cleveland Brothers has been around for 75 years.
