If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Digital Trust and Safety for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:Strategic u00a0Leadership: develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with u00a0business objectives and risk profiles, while guiding the growth of KPMG's u00a0cybersecurity practice by setting goals and defining the direction for the u00a0Digital Safety service offering.Client u00a0Engagement and Management: Act as the primary point of contact for u00a0key clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, understanding u00a0client needs to tailor digital safety solutions, and advising on u00a0governance, policies, and procedures to enhance regulatory compliance.Project u00a0Oversight and Delivery: Oversee the management of digital safety u00a0projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet u00a0client expectations, while implementing effective risk management u00a0throughout the project lifecycle.Team u00a0Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, u00a0fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and promote u00a0professional development by training team members in the latest digital u00a0safety technologies and methodologies.Thought u00a0Leadership and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging digital threats u00a0and best practices, sharing valuable insights with clients and the KPMG u00a0team, and contribute to thought leadership by engaging in industry forums u00a0and producing relevant content.Collaboration u00a0and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with KPMG's other u00a0solutions, such as audit, tax, and advisory, to integrate services into u00a0broader solutions, and work with global teams to leverage KPMG's u00a0international expertise in cybersecurity and digital safety.Qualifications:Ten u00a0years of experience in trust and safety, compliance, risk management, u00a0emerging technologies, or a related field within a digital environmentBachelor's u00a0degree in business, Computer Science, Law, International Affairs, or a u00a0related fieldProven u00a0leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing large teams in u00a0digital safetyExperience u00a0handling critical and sensitive incidents involving online abuse, security u00a0threats, and content moderationDeep u00a0understanding of digital platforms, online community dynamics, and risks u00a0associated with emerging technologies and user-generated contentExpertise u00a0in global regulatory frameworks, privacy laws, and compliance requirements u00a0related to digital trust and safetyMust be u00a0authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa u00a0sponsorship now or in the future.
