Description Jeff Abrams is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join his exceptional client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding client experiences while managing a range of financial services and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality support. Responsibilities: u2022 Facilitate updates to beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies. u2022 Process wire transfers securely and in accordance with regulatory requirements. u2022 Manage rollover requests by coordinating with custodians, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions. u2022 Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing detailed information on financial products and services. u2022 Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and personalized communication. u2022 Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. u2022 Oversee client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account updates, and balance inquiries. u2022 Partner with financial advisors to ensure client activities align with their financial strategies and goals. u2022 Maintain accurate and current client records within Salesforce. u2022 Follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely and complete resolutions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in client services, preferably within the financial sector. u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. u2022 Familiarity with financial processes such as wire transfers, rollovers, and account updates. u2022 Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for record management. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with team members and financial advisors. u2022 Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols for handling sensitive client information. u2022 Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and preparing client-facing materials.
