We're seeking someone who's curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a modern tax department operates from the inside out. As a MongoDB Tax Intern, youu2019ll get hands-on experience with US tax return schedules, international tax forms, preparing information for audits, gathering accounting data, updating agreements, and booking journal entries. You will also collaborate with the worldwide tax department and along with collaborating with teams like payroll, accounting, stock administration, etcu2026 all while building a strong foundation in corporate tax. What we are looking for in you + In the process of receiving a Bacheloru2019s or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field. + Have a foundation with tax concepts or tax coursework, strong Excel skills, and a curiosity to explore a career in tax. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively via Slack and other tools. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. + Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. + Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes.
