Employee purchase and service discounts Upbeat and progressive work environmentu00a0 Hands-On Management team with great tenure at the dealership and with Honda Career advancement opportunities Heated and Air Conditioned Shopu00a0 Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Recon Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.u00a0 Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend appropriate repairs Perform all work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy Communicate with Reconu00a0Serviceu00a0Manager regarding additional repairs and timeliness of repairs Communicate with the Reconu00a0Parts Department to obtain needed parts Complete manufacturer and dealership training Qualifications Must have Experience with au00a0automotive background. u00a0 Strong teamwork skills Willing to submit to a drug screenu00a0& background check Must have clean & valid driver's license Must maintain a clean and presentable workplace Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and safely lift heavy objects Hands-on experience working with vehicles Must have own tools (we provide workstations to hold the tools)
