Cabinet Field Service Manager Louisville, KY Full Time Installation Experienced Share ( A Carter Lumberu00a0Cabinetu00a0Fieldu00a0Service Manager will perform various repairs for cabinetsu00a0under warranty for the Louisville, KY area. Knowledge of cabinetsu00a0including installation will be vital in this positionu2019s success as well as a strong commitment to customer service.u00a0 A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position. Requirements to be Considered for the Position: + Strong knowledge of building materials and kitchen & bath cabinetry + Repair and installation experienceu00a0 + Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints + Strong math skills with the ability to analyze data and solve problems + Ability to follow directions both written and verbal + Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and climbing ladders up to 32 feet + Good verbal and written communication skills + $18-$25/hr based on experience Responsibilities of the Position: Repairs Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that cabinet and other quality repairs can be done.u00a0 Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.u00a0 Conducts cabinets performance tests.u00a0 Create and supports a safe work environment on the job site to protect the interest of the company at all times. Customer Service Ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality of workmanship.u00a0 This is accomplished through timely completion of the job, attention to detail, following the companyu2019s code of conduct and the ability to react to problems and complaints in a patient and understanding manner.
