Description: You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products. What You Will Be Doing As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite: u2022 Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures u2022 Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events u2022 Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware u2022 Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing u2022 Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile u2022 This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T) u2022 Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles u2022 Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation u2022 Interim Secret Clearance required to start Desired Skills: u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams u2022 Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field u2022 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT u2022 Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing u2022 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160 u2022 Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand u2022 Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python u2022 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines u2022 Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision u2022 Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results u2022 Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning u2022 Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
