Summary: This position is responsible for working with families in assessing and communicating the developmental needs of their child. u00b7 Strong knowledge base of child development with emphasis on understanding of the sequence of child development milestones. A minimum of a Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field, Masteru2019s degree preferred. u00b7 Conduct Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3), interpret results, report and make referrals to supportive agencies as needed. u00b7 Effective parent engagement skills to assist with providing education and strategies to promote healthy development of their child. u00b7 Knowledge of community resources and local system of care for the early childhood population. u00b7 This is a 40 hour exempt position that requires some late afternoon/early evening hours as well as an occasional Saturday. u00b7 Bilingual Required Minimum Qualifications: + Bilingual Required Education: + Required: Bachelors Degree - Health Education or Related Field + Preferred: Masters Degree - Health Education or related field Experience: + Required: Minimum 5 years working in early childhood development with Bachelors degree or 3 years with Master's degree + Required: Experience performing and interpreting testing with children under 5 + Required: Case Management experience Location: St Josephs Education Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
