Must have the following to apply:- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a shipyard environment- Four (4) years of related experience and/or training- NICCCO LAT and TLL required- Certified in rigging- Working experience with both hydraulic and friction cranes- Valid Commercial driver's license - Class BRequired Screenings:Employer will discuss.Job Description:The Crane Operator and Rigger is responsible for operating a variety of heavy, specialized lifting equipment. In addition to operating, the position will be required to rig loads as needed.Duties and Responsibilities of this Position:- Operate crawler cranes- Operate lattice boom cranes- Operate barge mounted friction cranes- Operate rough terrain fork lifts and loaders- Operate hydraulic cranes of various sizesWork Environment:Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job.
