Job Title Transaction Manager Job Description Summary Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product, and mentoring and/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role. Job Description u2022 Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with the clientu2019s real estate goals and objectives u2022 Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including lease, sale, sublease, and purchase u2022 Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications u2022 Review and interpret financial analysis u2022 Oversee revenue tracking of all transactions u2022 Maintain a database of transaction activity u2022 Ensure accuracy of all transaction reports u2022 Present transaction activity to the client u2022 Lead and/or facilitate client meetings u2022 Provide suggestions for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process u2022 Assist with the onboarding of new team members u2022 May provide supervision for transactional team members and other team members supporting the transaction activity of the relationship Process Management: u2022 Assist with the development of standard forms and procedures u2022 Implement standardized processes/playbooks that create maximum efficiencies and add value u2022 Assist in measuring transactional performance u2022 Ensure that all client and broker engagement documentation is executed Transaction Management: u2022 Coordinate the field broker selection process u2022 Assist with determining client needs and communicating project parameters u2022 Coordinate negotiations and management of transactions u2022 Coordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents u2022 Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting u2022 Resolve landlord/tenant disputes u2022 Coordinate client site visits/market tours u2022 Ensure all State real estate standards are met u2022 Assist in the management of the client rebate account Strategic Planning: u2022 Assist in the development of strategic real estate plans u2022 Identify occupancy cost opportunities u2022 Ensure implementation of agreed-upon strategy u2022 Produce and/or support business case development u2022 Execute strategies by developing action plans KEY COMPETENCIES 1. Multi-Tasking IMPORTANT EDUCATION u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred u2022 Must hold active real estate license or be willing to obtain one within one month. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
