Summary: + Provide general secretarial support to the department. + Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings, inventory and ordering of supplies, greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members. + Word processing and computer program use, directing calls, recording minutes at assigned meetings, time and attendance. + Any other duties as assigned.
